Dickens is the best! I don’t live locally anymore but Dickens was so highly recommended that I knew I had to drive back home to get my engagement ring resized. Kevin was so kind and helpful. He explained all of the options to me, he even said he could complete it within the hour. When I came to pick it up, my ring was polished and fit perfectly, and it looked brand new. I can’t recommend Dickens enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

Dickens Jewelers is the place to go for all your jewelry needs! It’s a wonderful family owned gem in the heart of Clinton. My husband had a pin of his late father’s police badge number that he wanted converted to be able to wear on a chain. Kevin answered all of our questions. Our second time there the owners greeted us and walked us through every step and detail of finding the right bail and chain length for my husband. 5 days later it was done and looks incredible! My husband loves it.

My recent visit to Dickens was to help restore my wedding ring and engagement ring. I had used a jewelry cleaner that I bought at a random store and it turned my platinum rings to a gold color. I was devastated. But Victor and Kevin Brito saved the day. My rings were beautifully restored and they looked brand new. You will not find nicer people to work with in buying jewelry or designing a piece. I highly recommend Dickens Jewelers.

We had the best experience at Dickens Jewelers!! After going to many other jewelry stores, we had accepted the kind of care we would get, which was sales people trying to sell you the most expensive thing and not caring about anything else. We were used to stores like Brilliant Earth, and assumed a smaller shop would be more expensive. We were so wrong! When we went to Dickens Jewelers, we were blown out of the water with how attentive and caring they are. Kevin talked us through many different ring and engraving options and helped us pick the best one for us. He wasn’t trying to sell us the most expensive thing, rather he really wanted to find what we wanted and make it work. Not only that, but he took the time to educate us on different options so we felt comfortable making the choice ourselves. They even looked at my current ring and noticed some imperfections so I could go back to the other buyer and talk with them about it. They truly care that your ring is the best it can be, and it shows in the quality of their work. After the care and consideration we received here, we will ALWAYS go back to Dickens Jewelers for any jewelry needs we have. My only regret is wishing we went to them in the first place for all of our rings. Thank you guys!! Can’t wait to come back soon.

Great place!!! I walk in today for a Mother’s Day gift. I was amazed of the great fine jewelry selection and very friendly atmosphere. Clinton is so lucky to have them! Will definitely be back!

Kevin did an express bracelet repair for me in 30 minutes! Excellent work at a reasonable price. Looking to definitely make some purchases from them in the future. Highly recommend!

The best around, truly! They are masters in their craft. I've had a ring resized and recently bought a pendant from Dickens and both experiences i've just been extremely impressed with their quality of work, as well as the overall customer experience. I'm very lucky to live close to this family-owned business and consider them my personal jewelers now.

The owners are super friendly. Went there for a watch resize on a hand me down watch from my father. Said they could do it while I was in the store and it was surprisingly cheap for the job! Owner said come back in 14 days with receipt for a free resize (which I ended up having to do) and they did keep their promise. Super happy with this shop!
